We provide web development, mobile development, and consulting services. The specific terms of each project will be outlined in a separate agreement.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and code samples, is the property of Marco Torres and is protected by copyright laws.

4. Project Terms

• A 50% deposit is required to begin work on any project
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges
• Source code ownership transfers upon full payment

5. Limitation of Liability

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

6. Confidentiality

We agree to keep all project-related information confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In case of termination, payment is due for all work completed up to that point.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this website.
