About Me
Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the Universidad Nacional de Ingeniería (UNI). Senior Full Stack Engineer & DevOps Specialist with over 19 years of experience building, securing, and scaling software systems in Peru, Mexico, the United States (Los Angeles), Colombia, and the Philippines. My focus spans software engineering, organizational systems, data communication systems, and industrial automation.
I excel at orchestrating, managing, and developing infrastructures in both Cloud and On-Premise environments. I implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) in Serverless, Containers, EC2, and Lightsail architectures on AWS, Azure, and GCP. I apply the AWS Well-Architected Framework to create scalable and elastic infrastructures, grounded in the five pillars: operational excellence, security, reliability, performance efficiency, and cost optimization. I have participated in migrations from On-Premise Data Centers to Cloud and vice versa.
Specialized in optimizing high-impact applications, reducing latency, and refactoring legacy code by applying SOLID, Clean Code, and Test-Driven Development (TDD). I design complete DevOps/SRE cycles based on DORA metrics, CI/CD pipelines, Docker containers, and serverless microservices. I have led multidisciplinary teams in mission-critical projects: OSE platforms for electronic invoicing, B2C e-commerce systems with payment gateway integration, and global-scale workforce management.
I apply agile methodologies (Scrum, KanBan, Design Sprint, Lean Startup) with critical thinking and a Kaizen mindset. My approach is based on building systems that endure, teams that collaborate, and processes that scale.
